The person and the program owner have different work to do.
A person making a career move needs to understand their experience, consider possible roles, prepare applications, and decide what to do next. Much of that work happens independently.
An educational institution can provide career tools and make adviser support available. Students can work independently and choose when to ask for guidance.
The organization buys access. The participant uses a private workspace and controls their career decisions. The organization can review eligible group outcomes without opening the person's private applications or search notes.
Give people the tools to act, and a way to ask for help.
Why the original product still matters.
Univertica began with the practical work of job search: preparing profiles, reviewing role fit, tailoring documents, tracking applications, and getting ready for interviews.
Career Intelligence connects a person's experience and evidence with the roles they are considering. It helps them assess role fit, prepare documents, and practise for interviews. The Job Search workspace keeps that work with their applications and next steps.
Participants can use these tools independently. When they work with an institutional adviser, they choose what to submit for feedback. The person's private career workspace remains separate from the organization's program records.
Individual career development, with support from your institution.
Univertica gives students a place to explore career choices and prepare for employment. Institutions can offer independent access alongside optional career services. Advisers can use learning milestones, selected-cohort assignments, workshops, and feedback when those activities fit the student's needs.
Participants deliberately share work or a résumé text copy with their institutional adviser team. Later edits to the original résumé are not copied automatically. Classmates cannot see one another's submissions or workshop attendee records.
Why now.
People need useful tools while they make career decisions and look for work. Organizations need a practical way to sponsor access, understand the group, and offer help where it belongs.
Univertica brings that access and visibility together. Career choices and job-search decisions stay with the person. Adviser support is available through the institution’s Univertica program.
